HR Specialist – Fixed Term (1 Year)

About the role

Join Ubisoft Singapore’s People Services team as an HR Specialist on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. You will support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to milestone celebrations, ensuring smooth operations and compliance across all HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary onboarding partner, delivering orientation sessions and ensuring accurate data entry for new joiners.
• Manage the end‑to‑end work pass process, liaising with authorities such as MOM and maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Coordinate payroll with external vendors to guarantee timely and accurate payments.
• Oversee benefits administration and respond to employee queries.
• Handle vendor relationships to secure high‑quality HR services.
• Organise and celebrate employee milestones, including promotions and long‑service awards.
• Maintain accurate, secure people data and manage HR tickets via ServiceNow.
• Support compliance reporting, surveys and international mobility initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in onboarding and work‑pass administration within a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits coordination.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and maintain precise HR data.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to regulatory compliance.
