HR Specialist – HR Operations (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

The HR Specialist will support day‑to‑day HR Shared Services operations for all employees, either directly or through other HR functional teams. This fixed‑term position focuses on administering the employee lifecycle, RNF‑related activities, and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, timely, and accurate administration of the employment lifecycle, including regulatory‑related transactions.
• Administer appointment, change, cessation, and other RNF‑related activities, providing support and remediation where needed.
• Ensure full compliance with local labour law requirements and internal standards when processing employee transactions.
• Manage work‑pass related activities such as applications, cancellations, and related processes.
• Handle benefits administration, provide general HR advice to stakeholders, and respond to employee or functional team inquiries.
• Embed a risk and compliance mindset into all shared‑services transactions and processes.
• Support assigned functions, banks, and company‑wide ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of upstream/downstream impacts of HR processes.
• University degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Sound knowledge of local legislation and industry‑related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently, influence others, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple organisational levels.
