HRIS Domain Solution Lead

About the role

Acclime is looking for an experienced HRIS Domain Solution Lead to join its Group Technology team. The role provides strategic leadership for the design, governance and evolution of the Group’s Human Resources Information Systems architecture, ensuring alignment with HR strategy, regulatory requirements and enterprise standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Group People & Culture, vendors and implementation partners to support HRIS implementation, phased roll‑out, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Translate HR operational and business requirements into scalable, sustainable HRIS solutions and workflows.
• Support compensation, performance management and employee lifecycle processes through effective HRIS design and governance.
• Onboard and integrate acquired businesses into the Group HRIS landscape in line with standards and governance.
• Drive continuous enhancement of HRIS capabilities, reporting and operational processes as business needs evolve.
• Lead change‑management, stakeholder engagement and user‑adoption initiatives across the Group.
• Define and maintain the HRIS domain architecture covering core HR, payroll, talent management, workforce planning, learning, performance and employee data platforms.
• Translate Group HR strategy into a coherent solution roadmap aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Act as design authority for all HRIS‑related initiatives, changes and investments, establishing and enforcing domain standards.

Required profile

• Significant experience designing and governing HRIS solutions at a senior level.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional HR, technology and vendor teams.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, regulatory obligations and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change‑management skills.
