Human Capital Executive / Senior Executive

About the role

The Human Capital Executive / Senior Executive will support SATS Seletar Aviation Services in delivering HR strategies that align with business objectives. Based at Seletar Airport, the role focuses on employee engagement, talent acquisition, payroll, and compliance within a dynamic aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support organisational goals.
• Manage employee engagement programmes, including performance management, learning and development, and retention.
• Provide HR advisory on recruitment, performance, and employee relations matters.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and monthly payroll processing.
• Conduct workforce planning, analytics, and succession planning to address skill gaps.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best‑practice HR standards.
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, while fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational culture and values initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation and talent management.
