Human Resource Assistant Manager – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Assistant Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR operations in a dynamic SME environment. You will be the key point of contact for all employee lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations and supporting our people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, HR policies, employee relations and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore HR regulations, including MOM requirements, work pass administration, and optimisation of HR grants and government funding.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, including CPF administration and related compliance tasks.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of Singapore HR experience, with proven ability to independently manage end‑to‑end HR operations in an SME.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, payroll, CPF, work pass administration and overall HR compliance.
• Meticulous, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and maintain audit readiness.

Required skills

• Experience with Singapore HR regulatory frameworks.
• Hands‑on payroll and CPF administration.
• Familiarity with government grants and funding administration (advantageous).
