Human Resource Executive – Recruitment & Employee Engagement

About the role

The Human Resource Executive will oversee the full employee lifecycle for office staff, driving recruitment, HR operations, reporting and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in shaping employer branding and ensuring compliance with Singapore employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and coordinate work pass renewals and cancellations for non‑Singaporean staff.
• Serve as the primary HR contact, handling leave, benefits, performance management support and corporate pass renewals.
• Manage internship programmes, buddy onboarding initiatives and other HR‑related projects.
• Prepare and submit regular HR reports, headcount updates, organization charts and compliance filings, including MOM surveys.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness programs and internal events to foster a positive culture.
• Create social media content that highlights company culture and supports employer branding.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Prior exposure to the retail industry is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and fair employment practices.
• Meticulous, organized, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
