Human Resource Executive – Recruitment & Employee Engagement

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR reporting and engagement initiatives. The role supports department heads, ensures compliance with Singapore employment regulations and helps strengthen our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and execute full‑cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage the employee lifecycle, including work pass renewals and cancellations for non‑Singaporean staff.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, support leave and benefits administration, and coordinate performance management processes.
• Handle HR reporting such as headcount updates, organization charts, leave records and regulatory submissions to MOM.
• Plan and organise employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives and internal events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Create and manage social media content to promote company culture and employer branding.
• Liaise with educational institutions for internship programmes and maintain the buddy onboarding programme.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Prior experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and fair employment practices.
• Meticulous, organized, proactive with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
