Human Resources Administrator – Fast‑paced F&B Environment

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Administrator to support HR operations in a high‑volume, fast‑paced food and beverage environment. The role will handle end‑to‑end HR administration, from recruitment support to payroll, onboarding and off‑boarding, ensuring smooth employee experiences across our multiple outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administration for a large number of full‑time and part‑time staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Support office management tasks such as pantry restocking and maintaining the employee handbook.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including IT access, key‑card issuance, training arrangements and exit interviews.
• Assist recruitment activities by posting job ads, tracking applicants and facilitating hiring workflows.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, HRIS data and organisational charts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, people operations or similar roles within high‑volume environments.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting and support both full‑time and part‑time employees.
