About the role

Join Shopee’s People Team as a Human Resources Associate and rotate across key HR functions. This graduate position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving environment, working closely with senior HR leaders on strategic initiatives that shape the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver HR programmes across recruitment, learning & development, employee engagement, employer branding, people operations, talent management, compensation & benefits, and HR business partnering.
• Partner with line managers to provide advice on day‑to‑day people matters and support long‑term organisational planning.
• Champion Shopee’s culture and values in all HR activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; a background in Human Resources Management or Psychology is a plus.
• Prior HR internship experience is advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Goal‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated, quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
