Human Resources Executive

About the role

As a Human Resources Executive you will partner with the HR Manager to drive HR excellence across the firm. You will manage core HR operations while contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and generate management reports.
• Administer staff benefits, insurance programmes and HR‑related events.
• Process monthly payroll and produce payroll reports.
• Coordinate recruitment, job postings, shortlisting, onboarding, orientation and probation reviews.
• Support annual performance appraisal cycles and salary/bonus reviews.
• Oversee intern and trainee recruitment, onboarding, training schedules and performance tracking.
• Manage secondment arrangements, including visa, travel, medical checks, insurance and housing.
• Assist in reviewing, updating and developing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee exits, conduct exit interviews and process resignation/termination paperwork.
• Plan and execute employee engagement programmes and firm‑wide events.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or professional certificate in Human Resource Management or Business Management (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience in a professional services environment of 100–200 headcount; legal industry exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore labour legislation.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and strong administrative and organisational abilities.
