Human Resources Executive – South East Asia (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Human Resources Executive for South East Asia will support the regional HR team in delivering high‑quality administrative services, process improvements, and HR programs across the SEA portfolio. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is essential for ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and compliance with local employment laws.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and policies.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including record‑keeping, document management and TMX platform utilization.
• Act as TMX platform champion/administrator for the SEA region, ensuring accurate team‑member data for analysis.
• Generate HR reports and statistics as requested by HR leadership.
• Maintain tracking system for SEA GM/HM movements and regional role documentation.
• Draft employment agreements and announcements for SEA GM/HMs.
• Support talent acquisition activities using TMX Recruiting and assist with ad‑hoc hotel recruitment.
• Assist in annual compensation cycle reviews and benefits enrolment for SEA hotel management.
• Implement onboarding and orientation programs for SEA HR leaders.
• Stay current with SEA employment law and HR policies.
