About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Generalist to join our global HR team in Singapore on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, international environment and may be renewed based on performance.
Key responsibilities
- Talent acquisition support: partner with hiring teams, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and assist with talent brand activities.
- Onboarding & offboarding: prepare onboarding materials for new hires and coordinate exit processes for departing employees.
- Employee engagement: help organise engagement initiatives and events to promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- General HR support: provide administrative assistance for HR projects, events and departmental tasks.
Required profile
- Passion for building a career in human resources.
- Relevant experience in an HR or talent acquisition role.
- High sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
