Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR Operations team in Hong Kong or Singapore. The role serves as the primary point of contact for transactional HR services, delivering a self‑service‑first, digital experience for managers and employees across Hong Kong, Singapore and other APAC countries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, efficient end‑to‑end HR processes focused on data quality, compliance and service excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvements, automation and AI‑enabled efficiencies.
• Prioritise tasks, escalate issues when needed and drive them to resolution.
• Act as the daily contact for employees, managers and external stakeholders, providing clear guidance on HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate timely handover of complex or specialised cases to HR Business Partners or Product Houses.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, off‑boarding, relocations, visas and local HR reporting.
• Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships together with the HR Country Lead.
• Ensure People Services processes are documented and comply with legal, regulatory, policy and internal control requirements.
• Regularly review and update process diagrams and work instructions.

Required profile

• Adaptable and pragmatic, embracing new technologies and supporting change initiatives.
• Effective collaborator with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Product Houses and external partners.
• Ability to navigate different legal, regulatory and cultural environments across APAC.
