Human Resources Manager – SAF Band

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the SAF Band’s human capital, administration, and public communication functions. This role ensures effective staffing, capability development, operational support, and organisational readiness for both local and overseas deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all HR matters and administrative processes for the unit.
• Develop and execute a publicity and communication strategy to enhance public outreach.
• Oversee the Band’s public‑facing channels, platforms, and front‑of‑house operations, including VIP arrangements for concerts.
• Lead monthly meetings on administrative and manpower issues.
• Provide operational support for local and overseas deployments.

Required profile

• Education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience (preferred).
• Strong contextual knowledge of arts organisations or musicians (advantageous).
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Highly organised with keen attention to detail.
• Disciplined, systematic work processes; able to work independently and collaboratively.
