ID Sales Executive / Sales Interior Designer

About the role

Fuku is hiring an ID Sales Executive / Sales Interior Designer in Singapore on a full-time basis. The role covers generating leads and running the full sales process for interior design and renovation projects, from client consultation through to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for interior design projects.
• Handle the full sales process, from initial consultation to quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Meet and communicate with clients to understand their renovation and interior design requirements.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare project quotations and sales proposals.
• Prepare basic interior design or construction drawings when required.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in interior design, ID company sales or interior design sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and bring in projects.
• Comfortable dealing with clients and handling sales negotiations.

Required skills

• Able to read or prepare basic construction drawings.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Experience with 3D rendering or visualisation is an advantage; the ability to prepare 3D visualisations or renderings is also an added advantage.

What we offer

• Salary range of $4,000-$6,000.
• 0-20% monthly performance-related pay.
• 2% monthly medical allowance.
• Yearly salary increment.
