Innovation Enablement Manager, Digital Hospital

About the role

NHG Health's Digital Innovation Office (DIO) drives digital transformation across three platforms: Digital Hospital, Digital Community and the Health Empowered by AI Launchpad (HEAL). The Digital Hospital team works on the cluster-level platform that coordinates digital transformation across the group, covering Smart Clinic, Smart Ward and Smart Radiology. As Innovation Enablement Manager, you will work closely with the Assistant Director to support institutions, drive transformational programmes and engagement activities, and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment support teams for Smart Clinic, Smart Ward and Smart Radiology, and act as an end-to-end innovation partner in project facilitation and scaling
• Support change management, user adoption, evaluation and scaling activities
• Work with governing bodies such as Digital/Data/Security, Finance and Procurement to streamline requirements and set enabling frameworks
• Organise engagement activities and innovation showcases, and facilitate Digital Hospital funding projects from application review to implementation support
• Document and share best practices, create self-service resources and run knowledge transfer and peer learning sessions
• Provide secretariat support to the Digital Hospital Steering Committee, track initiatives and prepare reports and presentations
• Administer the NHG Digital Hospital Fund, including information packs, workflows and SOPs for applications, utilisation, tracking and review

Required profile

• 5-7 years of programme management, change management or digital transformation experience
• Proven experience in change management and user adoption strategies, and in process optimisation and business improvement
• Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Management or Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Science, Technology or Engineering
• Advantageous: healthcare administration or healthcare IT background, public sector transformation experience, start-up or innovation ecosystem experience, knowledge of digital innovation and emerging technologies, project management certification

Required skills

• Data management and visualisation using the M365 suite
• Strong documentation and reporting, with attention to detail
• Ability to work with multiple governance stakeholders and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
