Integrated Marketing Manager – Greater China

About the role

Pinterest is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to shape and execute its B2B marketing strategy across the Greater China region. You will work closely with business marketing leadership, global sales partners, and cross‑functional teams to drive advertiser growth and brand perception.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver a localized marketing strategy that aligns with global business objectives and leverages industry trends.
• Develop and own key initiatives such as industry marketing campaigns, owned events, trade media partnerships, executive engagement programs, scalable education, and success‑story creation.
• Build scalable processes and provide consultation to global sales partners to ensure regional success.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to adapt global programs for the Chinese market, measuring impact and iterating as needed.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to meet business goals.

Required profile

• Strong B2B marketing background with proven results.
• Excellent project‑management expertise and the ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑paced environments, pivot quickly, and learn continuously.
• Experience partnering with sales teams and external global partners.
