Intern – Digital Transformation and CORE

About the role

Pratt & Whitney Singapore Component Repair is recruiting an intern to join its Digital Transformation team and support the CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) team. The internship is onsite in Seletar, Singapore, and covers Industry 4.0 and AI-related projects, data dashboards, process improvement and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Digital Transformation team in executing Industry 4.0 and AI-related projects.
• Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards, turning business needs into data models and insights.
• Perform ETL processes and support digital and AI initiatives, including automation and analytics platforms.
• Assist with testing, deployment, user adoption and the creation of documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Recommend improvements to dashboards, processes and reporting frameworks.
• Support CORE in process improvement projects, the Community of Practice and the consolidation of best practices.
• Maintain schedules, action trackers, meeting minutes and status updates, and follow up on deliverables and timelines with stakeholders.
• Centralize business knowledge, templates, technical documentation and improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Software), Business, IT/Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Business Analytics, AI or Information Security.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and time management skills.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming.
• Web/HTML, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power BI, with knowledge of data modeling, data visualization and UI/UX principles.
