Intern, Fleet Systems Analyst

About the role

GrabRentals (GR) provides vehicles for the Grab platform and aims to give driver-partners sustainable access to quality assets. It requires a comprehensive fleet management system for data analysis. This is a full-time 6-month internship starting in January 2027, working on the end-to-end fleet management system in Zoho Creator under the Fleet Manager's direction, while supporting the Zoho Creator to Salesforce migration.

Key responsibilities

• Zoho Creator development: write clean, efficient and scalable Deluge and JavaScript code, build dashboards and functionalities, and test, debug and document software components.
• Salesforce migration: map process flows, design Salesforce interfaces, build prototypes and wireframes, document data structures and API integrations, and support planning and workload estimation.
• Project execution: coordinate deliverables, track timelines, update progress, escalate risks, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Solid foundation in Java programming and database design.
• Experience with Zoho Creator or a comparable low-code platform.
• Proficiency in Deluge and JavaScript; experience with Java or Python.
• Knowledge of software development practices and methodologies, and ability to write clean, reusable code.
• Independent learner who thrives in a VUCA environment.
