Intern, Growth and Marketing (Autonomous Vehicles)

About the role

GrabRentals, part of Grab's Mobility business, supports the supply of vehicles and driver partners for its ride-hailing and delivery marketplaces. This internship sits within the Growth, Demand Planning and Marketing team, supporting the growth and marketing workstreams behind Grab's Autonomous Vehicle expansion and adoption. It is a hands-on, fully on-site programme running from January 2027 for 6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and build promotional campaigns and referral or engagement programmes that grow rides and unique riders
• Produce and coordinate passenger-facing assets and content across channels, and support partnership activations
• Turn customer feedback into clear insights to improve the passenger experience
• Support demand and passenger operations readiness, including events, reservations, on-ground assets, deployment coordination and special activations
• Track ridership and campaign metrics and help maintain regular performance reports

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or a related field
• Experience driving events, growth and marketing campaigns
• Experience with marketing and content, with an eye for how messaging lands with an audience
• Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine interest in mobility and the autonomous vehicle space

Required skills

• Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets (complex functions) to track performance
• Willingness to learn SQL or basic analytics tools
• Adapts between hands-on execution and analytical work
• Experience engaging with AI tools and the latest technologies to improve productivity
