Intern, Social Media & Partner Engagement

About the role

Grab, Southeast Asia's leading superapp, is looking for a full-time intern in social media and partner engagement based in Singapore. The internship runs from January 2027 for 6 months or longer, and covers end-to-end content creation across the team's social media channels, including Facebook Groups.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and storyboard content that prompts Grab Partners to take action
• Manage end-to-end content creation for the team across multiple social media platforms, aligned with team directions
• Analyse published content and recommend action plans
• Plan and schedule posts for publication
• Grow engagement through subscriptions, likes, follows and viewership

Required profile

• Matriculated university student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing or Business
• Full-time commitment from January to June 2027 (or beyond)
• Experience in photography, videography and media production
• Experience creating and distributing paid advertisements
• Knowledge of engagement metrics and appreciation of novel insights

Required skills

• Familiarity with leading social media platforms and their algorithms
• Experience in data analytics
• Access to video recording, production and editing equipment
