Internal Audit Manager – Risk & Governance

About the role

The Internal Audit Unit (IAU) at SG Enable/KidStart Singapore seeks a proactive Manager to lead audit planning, execution and advisory services. You will work closely with the Audit and Risk Committee and senior management to strengthen governance, risk management and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal audits in line with the annual work plan, ensuring key control risks are addressed.
• Identify root causes of audit findings, assess risk implications and develop actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate corporate governance, risk management and control processes across divisions.
• Provide assurance, consulting engagements and investigations adhering to professional standards.
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely closure.
• Support the Head/Assistant Director of IAU with administrative tasks, including procurement for outsourced audits.
• Serve on the secretariat team for the Audit and Risk Committee.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience conducting compliance or internal audits.
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities to engage with management at all levels.
• Experience managing project teams.
