Internal Auditor

About the role

The Internal Auditor will support the VP of Internal Audit in delivering financial, operational and system audits across the Suntory Beverage and Food group. This role provides independent assessments of internal controls, risk management and governance to help improve efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute internal audit procedures and work programs aligned with business processes.
• Assess the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls and governance frameworks.
• Identify control gaps, report findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Communicate audit results clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
• Support departmental initiatives and participate in internal projects as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIA preferred.
• 3‑5 years of progressive audit experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for audit assignments across markets.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and audit/accounting principles.
• Good understanding of risk management and internal controls.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP and TeamMate audit software.
