Internal Communications Specialist – Corporate Services (APAC)

About the role

The Internal Communications Specialist will support Corporate Services Communications across the APAC region, creating clear, employee‑focused updates on workplace and service topics. You will work closely with regional and local teams to ensure employees receive timely, understandable information about operational changes, new services, and support pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Draft engaging internal communications (emails, posts, FAQs, key documents, basic training materials) in partnership with local and regional stakeholders.
• Support day‑to‑day Corporate Services messaging to keep workplace updates, service changes, and employee guidance clear and on schedule.
• Maintain and improve existing communication materials, templates, FAQs, and channels for effective information delivery.
• Collaborate with Corporate Services partners to align messages, gather input, and assist with communication planning and rollout execution.
• Promote a user‑friendly communication experience that helps colleagues understand services, changes, and support options.
• Provide operational and administrative assistance for communication projects as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in communications, internal communications, employee experience, or related fields (internship experience acceptable).
• Excellent writing and editing ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong collaboration skills and the capacity to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with solid task and timeline management.
• Sound judgment, learning mindset, and comfort navigating sensitive or fast‑moving topics.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work in a regional or global setting and learn from distributed teams.
