International Business Manager

About the role

The International Business Manager (IBM) is the overall relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of Master Franchisees. Working with the IBD and the Regional Vice President, the IBM delivers Domino's annual budget targets for net store openings and same-store sales growth, ensures Master Franchisees comply with the Master Franchise Agreement and are sufficiently capitalised, and coordinates closely with all Centers of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the franchisee relationship, drive same-store sales growth, EBITDA and development targets, and lead the business planning process (business assessment, review, planning and calibration meetings).
• Use data and analytics to shape short-, medium- and long-term goals and tailor annual operating plans for each Master Franchisee or market.
• Ensure Master Franchisees comply with the Master Franchise Agreement, communicate changes to standards and policies, and partner with the QA team on food safety.
• Share Domino's best practices, take part in regular business reviews, and support key regional projects as a subject-matter expert.
• Plan field time and use management systems to run effective in-market and virtual touchpoints with franchisees.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in a regional or multinational organisation.
• Experience in a multi-unit environment, with knowledge of retail, F&B, consulting or QSR.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting financial statements and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Multilingual/multicultural skills preferred.
