Investment Associate (AVP) – Private Banking

About the role

The Investment Associate (AVP) will work within Citi Private Bank’s Singapore team to deliver tailored investment advice and solutions to ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients. Reporting to senior investment professionals, you will help translate client objectives into actionable strategies while supporting the broader private‑banking relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior investment team members in designing and delivering investment solutions.
• Monitor market developments and convey insights to internal and external stakeholders, incorporating the Private Bank’s Investment Committee views.
• Prepare investment policy statements and analyse economic trends to assess portfolio impact.
• Recommend portfolio adjustments based on financial, economic and market analysis.
• Build relationships with bankers and clients to grow the asset base.
• Engage clients on investment themes, execute trades and support solution implementation.
• Participate in internal and external meetings to stay current on markets, products and services.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to support senior investment professionals.
• Strong analytical mindset for evaluating economic and market factors.
• Understanding of investment objectives for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with bankers and clients.
• Interest in wealth‑management and private‑banking environments.
