Investor Relations Director – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an Investor Relations Director to lead our Singapore coverage for a leading global fund placement platform. This senior, front‑line position will own the full fundraising lifecycle for private‑equity, private‑credit, infrastructure and real‑asset mandates, targeting institutional and ultra‑high‑net‑worth investors.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated coverage lead for Singapore, managing end‑to‑end fundraising campaigns.
• Origin, pitch and close capital commitments from sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers, private banks, family offices and other allocators.
• Deliver fund presentations, lead investor meetings, coordinate roadshows and oversee due‑diligence processes through to closing.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic feedback to global fund managers to shape product positioning for the Singapore market.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in institutional sales, investor relations or capital raising with a proven track record of closing commitments.
• Established network of Singapore‑based allocators and deep understanding of their decision‑making processes.
• Strong sales orientation focused on direct distribution and capital placement.
• Comprehensive knowledge of alternative investment strategies (private equity, private credit, infrastructure, real assets).
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage senior investment committees.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.

What we offer

• Base salary between $200,000 and $400,000 (USD) plus uncapped commission.
