IT Business Management Support Asia - Contract

About the role

A leading global bank is looking for an IT Business Management Support Asia contractor to provide business management support for technology activities across Asia. The role involves keeping records, coordinating with technology stakeholders and preparing documentation, in a high-visibility position within a financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide business management support for technology activities across Asia.
• Maintain accurate records and information to support day-to-day technology operations.
• Coordinate routine business management tasks with relevant technology stakeholders.
• Prepare clear updates and documentation for technology activities and priorities.
• Track agreed actions and follow up on outstanding items to support timely delivery.
• Organise information for business reviews and regular operational discussions.
• Help ensure technology processes are documented consistently and kept up to date.
• Support end-to-end invoice processing for Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank, ensuring compliance with IT financial governance and accounting policies.
• Oversee the month-end time booking process and work with IT functions to ensure timely, accurate and complete time bookings.

Required profile

• Experience providing business management or operational support.
• Ability to organise information for reviews and operational meetings.
• Scrum Master certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working experience using Tableau.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, Wiki and JIRA is an advantage.

What we offer

• Temporary contract with a monthly salary of SGD 7,380 to SGD 9,020.
• Leave entitlement.
