IT Operations Specialist

About the role

NTU is seeking an experienced Specialist, IT Operations to support the Nanyang Business School. The role focuses on managing IT services, learning management systems and e‑learning tools for faculty, staff and researchers.

Key responsibilities

• Run application and system operations for Nanyang Business School.
• Ensure seamless operation of programmes and departmental processes.
• Manage implementation, changes and maintenance of the Learning Management System.
• Contribute to design and rollout of LMS replacement plans.
• Collaborate with undergraduate, graduate, ASEAN & China programmes and executive education to digitise and automate workflows.
• Maintain service‑level agreements, monitor objectives and drive service improvements.
• Track client satisfaction metrics and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT operations and educational technology support.
• Strong analytical mindset with decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder collaboration.
• Detail‑oriented, capable of multitasking and serving as a subject‑matter expert.
