IT Sales Executive – Up to $3,500 + Commission (Permanent)

About the role

The company is a Singapore‑based provider of IT outsourcing, infrastructure support, cybersecurity, cloud, and hardware/software services. They are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. The role is full‑time, office‑based in Chai Chee, Monday to Friday, 9 am‑6 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and client visits.
• Promote a portfolio of services including managed IT, outsourcing, server & network solutions, cybersecurity, cloud & hosting, and hardware/software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customers’ business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain proper follow‑up and sales pipeline management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Experience in B2B sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable with client acquisition and outdoor meetings.
• Basic IT knowledge (training will be provided).

• Basic understanding of IT solutions and services.
