IT Sales Manager (Government Sector)

About the role

NCS, a technology services firm operating across the Asia Pacific region, is hiring an IT Sales Manager for its government sector business in Singapore. Reporting to the Sales Lead, the role drives sales, builds trusted relationships with key clients and coordinates pre-sales, professional services and support resources to deliver successful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales, including account penetration, prospect qualification, sales process planning and closing opportunities in designated accounts and industries
• Build deep, trusted relationships with key clients and act as trusted client advisors, coordinating the right NCS team for each opportunity
• Manage your own sales, sold margin and Business Centre revenue achievements
• Work with Client Service Units, Lines of Business and other teams to define solution offerings and value propositions
• Identify business from new and existing clients, manage and coordinate contract terms and conditions, and develop value propositions to close deals
• Drive profitable wins focused on NCS core capabilities and growth strategy, and provide a one-stop experience to customers

Required profile

• University degree or polytechnic diploma
• Background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a plus
• Presales experience in ICT services; ICT practitioner preferred
• Knowledge of commercial arrangements
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders preferred
