IT Specialist – Infrastructure, Support & Data Analysis

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to ensure the security, availability and reliability of our technology environment. You will work closely with regional and global teams to support infrastructure, end‑user devices and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and secure IT systems through backup strategies, disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity measures.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other business‑critical applications.
• Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Manage hardware inventory, lifecycle and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and lead IT projects.
• Perform data analysis, generate insights and develop performance reports.
• Act as liaison between local users and regional/global IT teams, develop policies and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
