IT Support – Fresh Graduates Welcome (Up to SGD 3,340/month)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented IT Support Executive to join a dynamic team that maintains critical operational systems. The role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy problem‑solving, stakeholder interaction, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day system operations while delivering excellent user support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level ticket support, including logging, tracking, escalating and resolving user queries.
• Clarify issues and coordinate with subject‑matter experts for complex technical matters.
• Liaise with system vendors to manage and coordinate data requests.
• Verify and investigate data discrepancies identified in system reports.
• Support operational processes related to payments and data interface activities.
• Assist in preparing materials for change‑management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of support activities.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.
