IT Support Specialist – Onsite

About the role

The IT Support Specialist provides hands‑on, on‑site technology assistance to ensure reliable operations for Dentsply Sirona’s site users. Acting as the primary IT representative, the role collaborates closely with regional and global IT teams while building strong relationships with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site support for end‑user devices, applications, and collaboration tools.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, system access, and application issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Manage IT requests and tickets in ServiceNow with accurate documentation.
• Support business‑critical activities such as meeting‑room AV setup and video‑conferencing services.
• Oversee the full IT asset lifecycle: inventory, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning.
• Guide users on Microsoft 365 and other collaboration platforms to promote effective adoption.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technical mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality user support.
• Proactive engagement with business users to understand workflows and identify service gaps.
• Strong communication skills to build trust‑based relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple support requests efficiently.
