IT System Manager

About the role

MoneyMax is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and support the core IT infrastructure across the organization. The role focuses on maintaining server environments, identity services, and Microsoft 365 platforms while ensuring stability, security, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including patching, performance monitoring, and health checks.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user management.
• Handle user provisioning, access control, and identity lifecycle across systems.
• Support system security practices, including Microsoft 365 security policies and identity protection.
• Monitor infrastructure availability and troubleshoot server, application, and authentication issues.
• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Solid experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Good troubleshooting and infrastructure problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore (citizen or permanent resident).
