Itinerary Assistant (Hybrid, Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Itinerary Assistant to join our travel‑focused team in Singapore. In this hybrid role you will support the planning, scheduling and coordination of travel itineraries for clients, partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed travel itineraries, schedules and trip arrangements.
• Coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, meetings and activity bookings.
• Communicate travel schedules, confirmations and itinerary updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist with travel documentation, confirmations and reservation management.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, vendors and service providers.
• Monitor travel schedules and proactively address changes, delays or conflicts.
• Maintain accurate travel records, booking information and administrative documentation.
• Provide support before, during and after travel arrangements, ensuring high customer service standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in travel coordination, itinerary planning or related customer‑service roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with online booking platforms or travel reservation systems.
