Junior DevOps Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior DevOps Platform Engineer to help design, automate, and maintain the technology platforms that power our capital markets systems. You will work in a regulated environment, focusing on infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services, and operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure and automation solutions.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise system and application performance.
• Apply security best practices and support compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement of DevOps tools and processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Knowledge of UNIX platforms and relational databases such as SQL or Oracle.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Shell.
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible) and monitoring solutions.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Willingness to learn and responsibly apply AI‑based development tools.
• Domain exposure to financial or capital‑market systems is a plus.
