Junior DevOps Platform Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior DevOps Platform Engineer to join our team supporting capital markets technology platforms. The role focuses on automating infrastructure, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring operational stability in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain infrastructure and automation solutions.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise system and application performance.
• Apply security best practices and support compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams.
• Support continuous improvement of DevOps tools and processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Knowledge of UNIX platforms and databases such as SQL or Oracle.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell.
• Hands‑on exposure to DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Ansible and monitoring tools.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Willingness to learn and responsibly apply AI‑based development tools.
• Domain exposure to financial or capital‑market systems is preferred.
