Junior PMO Analyst – IT Projects (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Junior PMO Analyst to support the delivery of IT projects within a banking environment. This role offers early‑career professionals the chance to gain hands‑on PMO experience while working alongside seasoned Project Managers on enterprise technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in coordinating day‑to‑day project activities.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Assist with project budget tracking, invoice processing, and payment coordination.
• Support resource planning, onboarding coordination, and utilization tracking.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, business users, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO governance standards.
• Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, administration or support.
• Exposure to IT, technology, banking or digital transformation projects is preferred.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for stakeholder coordination.
