Junior Quality Assurance Executive

About the role

The Junior Quality Assurance Executive will support the QA team in maintaining food safety and quality standards across the supply chain, production sites and outlets. This role involves assisting with the Food Safety Management System, audits, documentation, supplier controls, testing and investigations to ensure regulatory and company compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) based on HACCP principles.
• Support internal food safety audits and monitor compliance across sites.
• Help conduct supplier assessments, food safety audits and arrange microbiological testing.
• Maintain and update QA documentation, SOPs, manuals and records.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, hygiene and sanitation.
• Assist in preparing for third‑party audits such as ISO 22000 and SS444:2018.
• Work with operations to investigate feedback, incidents and non‑conformances, and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety or related field.
• 1 year of QA/QC experience or relevant internship experience.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP and GHP.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
