Junior Recruiter – Executive Search & Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a driven Junior Recruiter to join a fast‑growing executive search team. The role offers exposure to end‑to‑end talent acquisition and the chance to build a career in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle from understanding hiring needs to coordinating interviews, managing offers and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to capture team requirements, project needs and hiring expectations.
• Source candidates via job portals, networking, referrals and internal databases.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess experience, career goals and role fit.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and professional support.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships through market outreach and referrals.
• Share market insights such as salary benchmarks, hiring trends and talent availability.
• Keep accurate records of recruitment activities in the internal system.
• Ensure a smooth, positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment, business development or client‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
