About the role

ACHIEVE Career Consultant is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Junior Recruitment Consultants. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, developing market expertise while helping businesses build high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within your assigned market segment.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate skills and motivations, and provide career consultation.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to post‑placement follow‑up.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver consultative recruitment solutions.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially driven, resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a performance‑oriented environment.
• Curious and eager to continuously learn about industries and market trends.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently.
