Junior Social Media Manager & Bridal Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Junior Social Media Manager who will also support our bridal showroom as an Assistant. Based in our Singapore boutique, you will help build our online presence while delivering a premium, personalised experience to brides‑to‑be.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Create and publish posts, write captions, select hashtags and engage with followers.
• Capture photos and short‑form videos in‑store to support social media campaigns.
• Monitor basic performance metrics and report insights to the marketing team.
• Greet clients, prepare fitting rooms and assist with gown selections and fittings.
• Keep the showroom clean, organised and ready for appointments.
• Support appointment scheduling, follow‑up communications and overall client service.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and bridal retail with a client‑centric mindset.
• Strong communication skills for both online interaction and face‑to‑face client service.
• Ability to work on‑site, including weekends and peak bridal seasons.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
