Key Account Manager – Freight Forwarding (Singapore & Malaysia)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic freight forwarding customers across Singapore and Malaysia. The role combines consultative selling with the delivery of integrated supply‑chain solutions for complex logistics challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic key accounts in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Drive revenue growth and increase share of wallet within existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers, stakeholders and influencers.
• Partner with customers to understand supply‑chain challenges and propose value‑added logistics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated freight forwarding services.
• Lead business reviews, handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to commercial growth targets.
• Monitor account performance, pipeline activities and market trends using CRM and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified with relevant commercial experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply‑chain solutions.
• Proven success in managing and growing strategic customer accounts.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and building long‑term partnerships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
