Key Leader – Retail Store (Changi Airport)

About the role
The Key Leader role is a core part of the store leadership team at lululemon’s Changi Airport location. You will drive daily store operations, coach a team of Educators, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop store team members, providing feedback, mentoring and performance documentation.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by assessing needs, providing product education and handling transactions.
- Manage store operations on the sales floor, including inventory, visual standards and omnichannel programs.
- Plan and execute community initiatives such as local run clubs and yoga events.
- Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and collaborate across functions.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and people‑management experience in a retail environment.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve guest concerns.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to an inclusive workplace.
- Ability to adapt to day‑to‑day business challenges and prioritize performance metrics.
