About the role
We are seeking a motivated Kids Club Coordinator to lead the indoor and outdoor play areas at the Cool Zone and Kids Club of Shangri‑La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore’s only beachfront resort. The role focuses on delivering a safe, fun and educational experience for young guests while supporting the overall service standards of the resort.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the indoor and outdoor play areas of the Cool Zone and Kids Club.
- Ensure a pleasant, safe, fun and educational experience for all guests and visitors.
- Maintain health, safety and security standards for each child during activities.
- Respond to ad‑hoc guest and visitor queries.
- Collaborate with other departments to guarantee high‑quality service delivery at all times.

- Shows initiative and enthusiasm.
- Customer‑oriented with strong relationship‑building and diplomacy skills.
