Kitchen/Service Crew – Up to $14/hr & Double Pay on Public Holidays

About the role

Join the opening team at Sukiya in Seletar Mall and work as a Kitchen or Service Crew member. No prior experience is required; training and a fully‑sponsored food safety course are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily service tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, serving food and beverages, handling reservation calls, and consolidating sales.
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance and workplace cleanliness.
• Assist with food and drink preparation, and execute opening and closing duties.
• In the kitchen, cook and prepare menu items according to SOPs, ensure food safety and quality, and keep the preparation area and equipment clean.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Guest‑oriented with a strong service focus.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, responsible work ethic and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic command of English for communication.

Required skills

• Food safety knowledge (course provided).
• Food preparation and cooking.
• Cashiering and order taking.

What we offer

• Part‑time pay up to $14.00 per hour (double pay on public holidays).
• Full‑time salary up to $2,600 per month (5‑day work week) with shift allowances.
• Meals provided, performance bonus, weekend and attendance allowances, monthly sales incentive, referral reward and overtime at 1.5× basic rate.
• Fully‑sponsored food safety certification.
