KOL Talent Manager, Affiliate Marketing

About the role

Our Talent Managers build strong partnerships with top influencers, develop strategies to boost affiliate performance, and collaborate across teams to drive growth within the Shopee Affiliate Program. Key responsibilities

• Execute and support creator onboarding and growth initiatives, including amplification tactics to increase creator adoption and performance.
• Coordinate and project‑manage initiatives with internal teams such as Business Development, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Creative.
• Track, analyse, and report on initiative performance using data and metrics to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Communicate and collaborate with external agencies to onboard, manage, and support creators throughout their growth journey.
• Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends to surface insights that strengthen creator acquisition and growth strategies.
• Support process optimisation by identifying inefficiencies, improving workflows, and enhancing coordination across teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent execution and coordination abilities, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and structured in approach.
• Keen interest in social media, influencer marketing, and the digital marketing landscape.
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve performance targets.
