About the role
ALS is hiring a Lab Technician / Junior Chemist in Singapore. The role sits within a global team that uses scientific testing and data-driven insights to build a healthier future. Fresh graduates are welcome, as training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare samples and standards for analysis
- Carry out routine laboratory testing on environmental samples
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation
- Ensure all work and reporting of results follow quality, work and HSE procedures and requirements
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Candidate with experience is an added advantage
- Fresh graduate is welcome, as training will be provided
- Able to start work on short notice preferred
- Eligibility: citizen or permanent resident of the country of application, or able to obtain a valid working visa
Required skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
