Laboratory Intern – Singapore

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in a laboratory environment focused on electronic materials. You will support daily operations, maintain equipment, and contribute to sample management while learning industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and manage accessory consumables, including parts and standard solution inventory.
• Assist with routine and retaining sample management, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Operate lab instruments, conduct routine sample analyses, and document data accurately.
• Report any abnormal findings to the supervisor or manager immediately.
• Maintain and back up instrument data to ensure data integrity.
• Implement EHS regulations based on BASF guidelines, including safety and housekeeping in the QC lab.
• Carry out special assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Educational background in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a laboratory setting.
• Commitment to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
